The Co-operative Bank were recruiting staff and needed a new site to attract talent for a range of banking roles.
I was involved in all stages of the project which included running workshops to gather requirements and define objectives, designing the information architecture, user journey and page templates, as well as working with the developer during build and launch.
I designed the IA to help users find a suitable job, get all the additional information they’ll need and make an online application. The site map indicates page types, templates and parts of the site where the job search system are integrated.
The content structure enables users to choose a category and find the right job. It also encourages them to learn more about the bank and get insights from current employees before making an online application.
